• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: CHS Child Care Assistance Programs subsidize child care costs for income eligible families in licensed child care homes, centers and license-exempt providers. Children must be between birth and age 13 to enroll in the program. Priority is given to children at risk of abuse or neglect.
