• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Arthritis Foundation supports community education programs as well as land and water-based exercise classes throughout Ventura County. Programs also include self-help courses for arthritis, lupus and fibromyalgia patients. Support groups are Fibromyalgia Information and Support Group, Lupus Support Group and Arthritis Support Group. Please call for site locations for exercise classes and support groups.
