• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: A public, not for profit agency, serving the health related needs of Camarillo, Somis, Las Posas and Santa Rosa Valley. It provides such services as Lifeline (24-hour personal emergency alarm system), Care-A-Van (non-emergency medical transportation accommodating ambulatory and wheelchair patients, also providing inter-city medical transportation), Care Givers and Self-help Support Groups, Adult Day Care, Foot Care Clinic, Tel-Med, Family/Individual Counseling Programs, Volunteer Program (opportunities for community volunteer services), Health Screening Clinics, Wellness Programs, Stay Well Discount Club, and nutritional classes. A variety of educational and self-help seminars are also available for adults, children and seniors.
