• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Senior Concerns serves frail and special needs seniors and families by providing quality programs, appropriate resources, case coordination, and educational programs and outreach throughout Ventura County and West Los Angeles County. An umbrella organization for the following services: Adult Day Center - Social Day Program for frail elderly and special needs elderly with dementia; Senior Concerns Advocates - Senior information and referral; Safe Return program available throughout Ventura County, Senior Concerns support groups; Bargain Boutique Thrift Shop; Financial Abuse Specialist Team - provides a resource to senior victims of financial abuse; Meals on Wheels - daily hot meal and cold snack to home bound seniors; Alzheimer's Day Care Resource Center. Transportation available with full handicap accessibility.
