• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Program provides debt counseling to help solve credit and debt problems and educate and promote a better understanding of the advantages and responsibilities of using credit. HUD certified agency offering housing counseling. Provides pre- and post-bankruptcy counseling certificates.
