- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The DVA Santa Barbara Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) provides outpatient medical care, diagnosis and medical management for eligible veterans. Also available are mental health and social work services, as well as a variety of specialty clinics.
