• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Subsidized taxi service for seniors and handicapped citizens in Thousand Oaks. Clients can ride anywhere in Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park and as far east as Westlake Community Hospital. Clients must have a transportation card issued by the City of Thousand Oaks, 805-449-2100. ADA Certified Riders can ride into Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, or Moorpark for $2.00 one-way.
