• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Hospice of the Conejo is a non-profit, volunteer assisted organization of professional and lay people serving the terminally ill, their families and friends with emotional, social and spiritual support. Support groups for the bereaved are available. Special ongoing support services for children and young adults.
