• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: HART is a sanctuary for senior, disabled or abused pets. HART will rescue, nourish and place pets of people who are indigent, disabled, terminally ill, or who must relinquish their pets due to illness, age, or financial status. If possible, will also rescue pets that would otherwise face an uncertain future because of neglect or ignorance. Pet counseling and referral service available at no charge.
