• INTAKE PROCEDURES: Any infant born at Ventura County Hospital or referred by another hospital or healthcare worker is eligible. Must have a doctor's prescription with indication that assessment is needed.

• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Program primary goals are: 1) Early identification of developmental delay or neurological impairment; 2) Home programming and parent education; 3) Referral to appropriate agencies; 4) Data collecting to assist neonatologists at Ventura County Medical Center; 5) Assist parents in transition from hospital to home care of infants.
