• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: 2-1-1 Ventura County is an information and referral services program of Interface Children Family Services of Ventura County. 2-1-1 Ventura County provides the only 24 hour, county-wide, comprehensive, helping services information and referral resource program. 2-1-1 Ventura County publishes Ventura County's only guides to private, public and non-profit social services. These guides include: Blue Book - A Complete Guide to Ventura County Helping Services and Personal Phone Guide, pocket size version of Blue Book. 2-1-1 Ventura County has access to 150 languages, including 7 dialects of Mixteco, through TeleInterpreters Language Service.
