• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The LRIS operates on an appointment basis. LRIS staff will talk with a client to determine the nature and scope of the legal situation. Based on the information provided to staff, a 1/2 hour consultation at a rate of $35 will be scheduled for the client to meet face-to-face with a qualified attorney who is experienced in the area of the client's legal matter.
