- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Humanizes the contact a crime victim or witness has with the Criminal Justice System. Assists victims of domestic violence in obtaining restraining orders (TRO's), aids qualified victims of violent crimes in completing state compensation forms, aids in property evidence return, crisis intervention, court assistance, case dispositions or status information and community resource referrals. 24-hour on-call for law enforcement support.
