• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: VCC promotes volunteerism and provides a central contact for public and non-profit agencies and volunteer coordinators. Networking, sharing of resources, workshops and promoting the professionalism of volunteer management are some of VCC's accomplishments. VCC also places volunteers in the community with public and non-profit agencies that are members of the Volunteers Coordinators Council of Ventura County.
