• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Counseling and Assistance Center provides a program of chemical dependency screening, referral to CHAMPUS, providing treatment facilities, outpatient substance abuse counseling and training and educational services to active duty, military personnel, retirees and their dependents. Sponsors daily twelve-step meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous and Al-anon. Provides aftercare support for military personnel completing formal outpatient or inpatient counseling.
