• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Home visits to families who have recently experienced a SIDS death. Public Health nurse is trained in grief support and information regarding SIDS. Referral to local parent support groups. Educational materials to hospitals, health care providers, and community organizations on SIDS prevention and intervention.
