• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Community Care Center is a program of Calvary Community Church that provides assistance to families facing hard times in the Conejo Valley and surrounding areas. The Community Care Center is a volunteer-based program of collaborating businesses, churches, and local agencies that currently offers the following services: Food Pantry is open every Tuesday at 5 pm and volunteers are available to deliver groceries to homebound families, disabled and elderly with no transportation. Please call ahead (818-575-2281) for assistance. Career Transitions for Professionals Employment Group meets every Tuesday at 7 pm. Beyond The Walls is a resource bank of donated professional and volunteer services for needy families. Volunteer groups are available to assist elderly and disabled with yard work, home repairs, and other projects. Many donated professional services available. Free hot meal is available each Tuesday evening year-round followed by shelter during the months of December through March.
