• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Center provides education, counseling, information and referrals to men, women, young people and their families who are motivated to seek help for diabetes problems. Both individual and group counseling are available. Dual diagnosis, assessment and treatment also available. In addition, the center provides medical out-patient services.
