• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Outpatient Counseling Centers offer treatment planning, referral, recovery services, after-care, discharge planning, and individual and group counseling for alcohol and other drug abusing youth, adults, and their families. The program disseminates alcohol and drug-related information and provides education and prevention to the community. Dual diagnosis services, crisis counseling, and intensive outpatient services are available at most centers.
